Contributions to the project are greatly appreciated. It could be through improvement suggestions to the content or the revision or adding of translations.

If you have an idea to change the content, please keep these guidelines in mind:

  • Keep it as short as possible and as long as necessary.
  • The language in the text body should be as simple as possible. Avoid technical terms by any means.
  • The margin notes next to paragraphs are either technical terms used in the Capital by Karl Marx, indicating – if in quotation – publications dealing with the paragraphs topic or just function as paragraph heading.
  • It is more important to have a straight narrative than to include every of the Capitals concepts.
  • The point of view is distanced in the beginning and engaged in the end.

How to Contribute:

The following methods are very welcome:

  • Pull Requests: You are familiar with LaTeX and with Git and have a codeberg account, create a Pull Request.
  • Send edited files: In every language section is a content folder containing the eight chapters as single files. Download the file you want to modify, change it accordantly (while keeping the strange formation around it) and send it as mail with a comment.
  • Send a plain mail containing modified paragraphs: just rewrite the paragraph and send a mail with a comment, which paragraph it was and what your update is about.
  • Send a scan of handwritten notes on a printed text: if I can read it and agree to the changes, I will try to update the text. This method is okay, while others are preferred.

The following methods are less welcome:

  • Vague description: Sending vaguely description of what should be
